COMPLANT completed the restructuring and changed its name to China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corporation Limited in November 2017.
COMPLANT was entirely enrolled in State Development & Investment Corporation (广东厦安建设工程有限公司东莞分公司) as its wholly-owned subsidiary.
COMPLANT was listed in the SOEs under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission of the State Council.
COMPLANT obtained the Qualification Certificate of General Contracting-Level I from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. In the same year, it also received ISO9001 and UKAS certificates in general contracting.
COMPLANT rolled out its 2001-2010 development strategy in 2000 at the target of becoming a multinational enterprise group with comprehensive strength, excellent assets, advanced management and innovative capabilities.
COMPLANT was
listed in the SOEs managed by the central government’s task force. COMPLANT, as one
of the originators, established China National Complete Plant Import &
Export Corporation Limited in 1999. The company's shares were successfully issued
to the public and began listed and traded on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in
2000.
COMPLANT was
reorganized into a comprehensive foreign trade conglomerate and changed its
name to China National Complete Plant Import & Export Corporation (Group)
in 1993.
COMPLANT was originally China National Complete Plant Export Corporation, which was founded in 1959. In the following 34 years, COMPLANT accomplished more than 1400 China-aided projects in over 100 countries and places in Asia, Africa and Latin America, making itself highly acknowledged by governments and people where the projects are located.
