On April 22, 2015, Chairman of COMPLANG Group Mr. Liu Xueyi met with the delegation led by Chairman of Guangdong Nongken Group Mr. Lei Yongjian at COMPLANT Mansion. President of COMPLANT Group Mr. Gu Haitao, Vice President of COMPLANT Group Mr. Liu Zhiqiang, leaders of COMPLANT Sugar as well as managers of relevant departments of COMPLANT Group also attended the meeting.

Chairman Liu Xueyi introduced to the delegation the overseas business being carried out by COMPLANT Group and the Company’s overall development strategy. After reviewing the cooperation between COMPLANT Group and Guangdong Nongken in the past, Mr. Lei Yongjian, Chairman of Guangdong Nongken Group, gave an introduction of Guangdong Nongken to the audience and indicated that the cooperation with COMPLANT Group has been listed as an important task in their 2015 Annual Work Plan.

Chairman Liu Xueyi pointed out that the overall development strategy of COMPLANT Group has been approved by State Development and Investment Corporation, and expressed COMPLANT’s willingness to join hands with Guangdong Nongken and give full play of its professional advantages in exploring overseas Large-scale Agriculture market.
