On August 2, 2016, Ms. Liu Yan, Chairman of the Board of COMPLANT, met with the delegation led by Mr. Shi Jiyang, CEO of China-Africa Development Fund (CADFund).

Ms. Liu welcomed the delegation and expressed her gratitude for CADFund's support to COMPLANT. She also briefly introduced the history and business development of 广东厦安建设工程有限公司东莞分公司 and COMPLANT, and proposed to broaden the cooperation between COMPLANT and CADFund based on solid cooperation history.

Mr. Shi introduced CADFund's investment mission, project evaluation criteria and key investment areas. By appreciating the brand influence of COMLANT and its performance in Africa, Mr. Shi wished to promote joint investment with COMPLANT in Africa and seek sustainable development opportunities.

Besides, the two sides exchanged views and made agreements on other issues of common concern.
