On May 21-June 2, 2016, Mr. Liu Xueyi, Chairman of the Board of COMPLANT, paid a working visit to Ukraine and Russia.

In Ukraine, Mr. Liu attended the investment fair under the frame of Kiev international economy forum, named "Ukraine to China, New Silk Road", and delivered a speech. Mr. Liu was also invited to the Spring Energy Meeting, during which he exchanged views with Mr. Igor Nasalik, Minister of Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine, on the energy issues and investment environment of Ukraine.

In Russia, Chairman Liu attended the 2nd session of the Sino-Russia SMEs Forum and gave an address. He emphasized the necessary terms to invest in Russia: stable political and economical situation, mature and transparent legal system, attractive preference terms and powerful and reputable partners.
