On June 2-3, 2016, Ms. Liu Yan，Secretary General of COMPLANT, attended the 7th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (IIICF) in Macao, which was jointly hosted by China International Contracted Association and Economy Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government in Macao. Present at the forum were more than 1400 representatives from governments, financial institutions, trade associations and relevant projector contractors.

During the forum, Ms. Liu met with Mr. Christopher Sinkler, Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs of Barbados.

During her visit to Macao, Ms. Liu exchanged views with Mr. Liao Jiancheng, Director General of Chinese Employment Agency in Macao, on the developments and stability of the Macao labor service work exported from inland China. She also visited COMPLANT's staff in Macao, listening to their reports and encouraging them to work actively.
