Recently, Shanghai announced the list of the first 16 new infrastructure construction projects,supported by fiscal interest deduction policy. The Shanghai Maqiao renewable resource utilization project,which is held by COMPLANT, successfully was included in the list after more than half a year of strict screening, preliminary review and secondary review, and obtained the interest discount support of Shanghai's special fund for the development of strategic emerging industries with a discount ceiling of 12.06 million yuan.
