China Water Environment Group under COMPLANT,  is the Chief Editor of National Standards and Guidance 《Technical Guideline of Underground Municipal Water Waste Treatment Plant》, issued and promulgated by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Ministry of Agriculture. The Guideline was put into effect from January, 2020.
